An account of the resource
The open headpiece is centered on the top of the page and runs the width of the letterpress. The ornament shows three human heads in profile, facing the left side of the page. Each face has one closed eye. Each figure is wearing a headpiece; those on either side of the centre are filled with black ink, while the one in the centre is left uninked. Each headpiece has a different symbolic decoration in the centre, formed of geometric shapes. The hair on each head is divided into three long black strands decorated with three rectangular bands; the strands link and join in decorative spirals and interlaced knots under the heads.

Description
An account of the resource
The rectangular headpiece is centred at the top of the page and framed within a black ruled border. The headpiece has a white background with the design in black lines. Flower stems in the form of interlacing ribbons are wrapped within the borders of the headpiece, filling up most of the space. In the centre is a stylized flower, formed by the stems. On either side of this are two stylized flowers budding from the stem and pointing downwards.

The open headpiece is centred on the top of the page. There are four curved shapes, two on each side of the headpiece, each facing towards the centre. The shapes are formed out of curved lines, with two spirals within each; the centre part forms into a point and is filled in with black ink. The outer line of each shape interlaces with the one next to it so that they are all connected.

An account of the resource
The open anthropomorphic headpiece is centred at the top of the page and runs the width of the letterpress. Two faces of equal size, one on the left and one on the right, create symmetry. The one on the left is looking forward, and the one on the right is looking towards the upper-right corner of the page; both faces show a neutral expression. The stylized, interlacing, hair takes up the majority of the space within the headpiece. The hair is done in black-line, with white interlacing ribbons; black ink fills the background of the hair. In the centre of the image the hair on top of both heads interlaces and appears to flow into one another.

The open botanical headpiece runs the width of the letterpress. The ornament is formed out of two horizontal vines, from which depend alternating white and black spade-shaped leaves. The ornament is framed by interlacing knotwork.

The open tailpiece is centred underneath the text. The tailpiece shows the body of a crab from above. Its body is roughly centred in the ornament. Small curved ribbons make up the centre of its body; the rest is outlined in black ink, with eleven filled circles. The crab’s legs surround its body, and where the legs overlap, the centre space is filled with black ink. Its pincers reach above its head, intertwining with each other.

The white letter “T” appears against a black sky in the background of an image in which two hunters lie on a hill. The male hunter lies behind the female hunter. Both are resting on their left arms, while the right arm of the man is wrapped around the woman. Both are looking out beyond the right side of the image. While the left side of the image has sharp lines that create the side of a rectangle, the right side fades out and blends into the page, forcing the text into irregular alignment.

An account of the resource
The open headpiece is centred on the top of the page and runs the width of the letterpress. A human-like, grotesque head is centred in the ornament. Six curved ribbons extend out from the top of the head, each ending in a spiral, giving the appearance of hair. An arm stretches straight out from either side of the head, with the hands grasping the ornamental terminus. Two large knots are in the top left and top right corners. A geometric pattern made of straight lines continues underneath and around the head. These lines extend up on either side of the ornament, and the hands hold on to the form they create.

An account of the resource
The open headpiece is centred on the top of the page and runs the width of the letterpress. The headpiece shows two human-like grotesque figures at each end. Each figure extends one arm towards the centre of the ornament, where they touch. Their legs splay out on either side of their bodies. Ribbons extend from each face, interlacing and forming knots, before overlapping above their connected hands; these ribbons could be hair. A large spiral extends from the outside of each face. Each figure appears to be wearing a pleated, belted, tunic, and is holding a large fan, which forms the outer edge of the image on either side.

Description
An account of the resource
The open headpiece is centred on the top of the page and runs the width of the letterpress. Two human faces are equally spaced on either side of the centre of the ornament. A geometric pattern consisting of sharp diagonal lines forming a triangular shape surrounds each face. On either side of each face are interlacing ribbons that form large knots on the top corner of the headpiece. The ornament is almost identical on both sides; however, there are slight differences where the ribbons interlace. Some sections are filled with black ink.

An account of the resource
The open tailpiece is centred under the text. At its centre is a human face. Sharp diagonal lines extend out from the face, forming multiple points both on either side and below the face. Wings extend from either side of the face; the wings begin with a curved pattern, before extending out in sharp diagonal lines. The wings are at an angle, so that their tips point towards the top two corners of the page. Interlacing ribbons extend from the the top of the face, forming two knots at the top of the ornament. More interlacing knotwork extends from the bottom of the wings, forming a point at the bottom centre. Two spirals extend out from either side of these ribbons.
