At the top of the cross is a human head. Its hair is split into eight sections, four on either side. Each section extends down and ends in a slight curve, getting thicker as it moves away from the face. The space in between each section of hair is filled with black ink. The face has a mustache and short beard, split into eleven sections. The large cross forming the body has a hand extending from either side, and two feet, turned out, from the bottom. The cross is triple-ruled and filled with black ink. Interlacing ribbons and knotwork decorate the inside of the cross.
